- Duration: 7 days from account creation
- Access: Full access to all platform features
- No Payment Required: No credit card needed to start
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime with no charges
2.2 Subscription Plans
- 1 Year Plan: ₹1,599 per year
- 2 Year Plan: ₹2,499 for two years (22% savings)
2.3 Payment Processing
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- We do not store complete credit card information
3. Acceptable Use
3.1 Permitted Use
- Personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Creating learning materials for your children or students
- Tracking educational progress and performance
3.2 Prohibited Activities
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Using the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our platform
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of The STEM Gems platform are owned by Cognovia Consulting Private Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
- We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
